Shipping policy
Processing time Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.
UK shipping We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked. We offer two delivery options at checkout:
- Standard — typically 3–5 business days from dispatch
- Express — typically 1–2 business days from dispatch
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Packaging Your jewellery is carefully packaged to protect it in transit. We use sustainable packaging wherever possible, in keeping with our tree-inspired values.
Lost or delayed orders If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at info@theheartfulbodger.co.uk and we'll look into it straight away.
International shipping We don't currently offer international shipping. Please check back — we hope to expand in the future.
